Returns and Change
You can return the products you purchased from Novo Suit Online Store within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Make sure that the product you are returning is in its original condition, labels and packaging, otherwise we cannot accept your return and cannot issue a refund.
Refunds will be charged according to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs during the return.
Exchanges and returns are not available on discounted items.
Shipping
We deliver to all countries with Express Shipping, typically within 2-4 business days. All orders are shipped via DHL Express with a tracking number. Free shipping is provided for orders over 100 US Dollars. Please note that additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, transportation charges, and/or other duties may apply for your specific destination and are your responsibility. These fees are beyond our control and are not included in the shipping cost.During exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping fees, and original shipping/transportation fees are non-refundable.
Cleaning & Care
To care for suits, hang them on wooden hangers to keep their shape. Lightly brush after each wear to remove lint and dust. Dry clean only when necessary, as frequent cleaning can damage the fabric. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight. Cleaning instructions suitable for our suits can be found in the leaflet inside your jacket.
