RETURN POLICY

We ship to all countries.
Express Shipping Delivery within 2-4 working days. 

All orders are shipped by DHL Express with DHL tracking number.

In order to receive your order, you may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/or other charges specific to the destination region. These additional fees cannot be charged by us and are in no way controlled by our Online Store. Please note that these are not shipping costs: shipping costs are included in the price you pay us.


You may return the products purchased from the Novo Suit Online Store within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Make sure that the item you are returning is in its original condition, labels and packaging, otherwise we cannot accept your return and cannot issue a refund.

Refunds will be charged according to the original form of payment used for the purchase. 
The customer is responsible for shipping charges during the return.
Exchanges and returns are not available on discounted products.
